The FIFA World Cup 2022 is about to reach its conclusion when the final between France and Argentina begins on Sunday, December 18.

While France triumphed in 1998 and 2018, Argentina won the prized trophy in 1978 and 1986.

According to rumours, the winner of the FIFA World Cup final in 2022 would receive an incredible $42 million in prize money, while the runner-up will receive $30 million. The $72 million in prizes will be treasured by the contestants. Fourth-placed team will receive $25 million, and the third-placed club will receive $27 million.
For reaching the quarterfinals, Brazil, the Netherlands, Portugal, and England will win $17 million each. The United States, Senegal, Australia, Poland, Spain, Japan, Switzerland, and South Korea will each win $13 million for making it to the round of 16. Qatar, Ecuador, Wales, Iran, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Denmark, Tunisia, Canada, Belgium, Germany, Costa Rica, Serbia, Cameroon, Ghana, and Uruguay will also receive $9 million each for their participation in the group stages.
Meanwhile, France defeated Morocco 2-0 after Argentina had booked their place in the final overcoming Croatia with a score of 3-0.
