The north London club wants the striker to stay at the club and said a new contract won’t be discussed now. Harry Kane was linked to man city and other clubs in the previous transfer window in July last year but didn’t make a move and stayed at the club.
Harry Kane is a very vital asset for Tottenham Hotspurs and Daniel Levy the chairman of the club knows that fact and will try to keep the striker at the club by offering him a contract in the upcoming months. But the future of the striker also remains in the air and will depend on whether the north London side is able to make the Champions League spot for the next season or not. Currently, Spurs sit 7th in the English Premier League with 3 games in hand from the table-toppers Manchester City.
Harry Kane has made 19 appearances for the club this season netting 5 goals and assisting twice, which is far less than what is expected from the striker but has regained form since the new manager Antonio Conte has taken the charge of the side.
