Pedro, the former Chelsea, and Barca forward join Lazio on a free transfer. He has completed his transfer on Thursday from A.S. Roma. He joined Roma in the year 2020 and just after one year, he decided to leave the club because AS Roma’s new manager Jose Mourinho, didn’t want him in his team. He doesn’t see him as his type of player. Thus, both parted their way.
He joined Lazio, who is the arch-rivals of Roma on a two-year deal. He has changed his club but not the league. He will be seen playing in Serie A. On Thursday, Lazio announced Pedro as their new signing. The Spanish forward has an amazing career in Barcelona where he played with Lionel Messi, Iniesta, and Barcelona legend Xavi. He was the key player for Pep Guardiola who was then the Manager of Football Club Barcelona. In 2015, he joined Chelsea and won the 2016-2017 Premier League season and also won the UEFA Europa League with them. He left Chelsea for Roma in July 2020 when Frank Lampard was in charge of the Chelsea team.
