The FIFA World Cup is taking shape and the tournament is in the crucial stages. The final 16 teams have been named and will face each other in the round of 16 of the competition (FIFA World Cup 2022). The last game of the group stages was between table toppers Brazil and Cameroon. Cameroon defeated the Brazilians as the last-minute goal was enough for them to take all three points.
Brazil was completely stunned by Cameroon especially in the end when Aboubakar scored the goal for them. Despite the victory against the table toppers, Cameroon couldn’t make it to the round of 16 of the FIFA World Cup 2022.
No goals were scored in the game until Vincent Aboubakar scored the winner at the last minute. Not just that he was also sent off after scoring the winning goal as he took his shirt off while celebrating. Aboubakar was already on yellow and was shown another after this incident.
Brazil still topped the group with 6 points and Switzerland also made it to the other round as they also had 6 points. Brazil will now face South Korea whereas Switzerland will be against Portugal.
