El Clasico: Largest crowd recorded at women’s club match ever at Camp Nou

The official attendance at the FC Barcelona stadium recorded was 91,553 for the women’s El Clasico.

At the women’s El Clasico today, where Barcelona Femeni outlasted Real Madrid Femenino 5-2, the largest crowd was recorded at any women’s club match ever. The match had the largest attendance counting 91,553 at Camp Nou, the most in the women’s game since the World Cup final in 1999, reported the official site of FCB Femeni.


Following the victory at home in the Women’s Champions League quarterfinals return leg, Barcelona now leads 8-3 on aggregate. Previously in the first leg, Barcelona Femeni had beaten Las Blancas with a score of 2-1 tightening their terror across all competitions.
