Crystal Palace Wembley bound in Emirates FA Cup

The Toffees are once again down to disappointment as they fail to brush past the Eagles and face relegation in the Premier League table as they’re down at the 17th position.

Frank Lampard is yet to unlock the ‘X factor in his squad as they witness a massive blowout against Crytal Palace FC in the FA Cup quarter-finals today. There was incredible professionalism from the Eagles as Marc Guehi and Wilfried Zaha who has 9 and 5 goals this season individually along with Jean-Phillipe and Will Hughes who combined to open up the scoresheet to a 4-0 win against the Toffees. Gallagher and Olise contributed to the team’s ball delivery while Gallagher who is in the interest of both Juventus and Inter Milan for a midfielder won the man of the match for the Eagles.

Palace started off the game at a slow pace but later on controlled the match to their tune, with a corner from the Frenchman Marc Guehi and across from Jean-Phillipe, all leading to goals for the Eagles. Michael Olise also turned the midfield in the Eagles’ favour whereas Everton struggled throughout the game and ended up with a tough loss. Crystal Palace FC has now qualified for the semi-finals and will face the winners of Liverpool FC and Nottingham Forest or Chelsea FC, as the draw will be decided later on.

While Frank Lampard’s previous win against the late winner, Newcastle, kept the Toffees buzzing, Palace’s form right now is one to watch and learn for the relegation giants as the Toffees struggle to keep the points up at the English League. Elsewhere, Chelsea qualified against Middlesbrough in the FA Cup quarter-finals with a phenomenal Mount performance helping the Blues by putting them through to Wembley as well.
