Cristiano Ronaldo signs for Saudi Arabia club Al-Nassr

Ronaldo has joined Al-Nassr until 2025 and the deal was made official on Friday night.

Cristiano Ronaldo has got a new club ahead of the January transfer window. Ronaldo left the Premier League side named Manchester United before the FIFA World Cup 2022. The Saudi Arabian club named Al-Nassr was offering him a huge deal since he left the club in November.

Cristiano Ronaldo has now finally signed his contract with the Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr on Friday night. Ronaldo himself has posted a photo with his printed jersey of Al-Nassr on his official social media handles.

Ronaldo has signed a two-year contract which means the Portuguese forward will remain at the club until 2025. Ronaldo’s salary will be close to €200 million per year (as reported by Fabrizio Romano via his Instagram post).

The deal worth more than 200 million is the biggest ever salary given to any football player. Cristiano will play for Al-Nassr for two years and will also be the national team as he feels he can still play Euro 2024.
