Liverpool FC defender Kostas Tsimikas has recently signed a new long-term contract with the club, securing his place in the squad until June 2027. The Greek left-back’s commitment to the club has been exceptional and his words upon signing the contract reflect the passion and dedication that has made him a figure among the Anfield fans and people.
Tsimikas, who joined Liverpool from Olympiacos in 2020, has turn out to be having a valuable role in Jurgen Klopp’s squad. Despite facing stiff competition in the form of Andy Robertson, one of the Premier League’s standout left-backs, Tsimikas has not only performed his role as a backup but has also proven his worth on the pitch whenever called upon.
Speaking about his contract extension, Tsimikas expressed his feelings happily and pride in wearing the Liverpool jersey.
