Chelsea Coach Frank Lampard is keen on improving his current Squad with some new additions as they aim for Title next season.

Roman Abramovich the Chelsea owner will give funds to his manager Frank Lampard to take Chelsea’s summer spending to a whopping 200 million Euros if the blues are able to secure the three potential targets this transfer window, 80 million so far has been sanctioned on the spending of Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech from RB Leipzig and Ajax respectively.

The signings made so far are direct replacement for the aging wingers Pedro and Willian who are set to leave the club with Pedro linking to Roma and Willian to city rivals Arsenal, but in order to make Chelsea a title contender more signings are imminent as the Blues were 15 points behind Man City and 33 points behind Champions Liverpool in the primer league and that is the gap Chelsea wants to bridge with their summer spending’s.

The Bayer Leverkusen attacker Kai Havertz is the top priority for the signing and it is said the player has agreed personal terms with the club in a deal of 5 years in contract, the fee is still being negotiated between both the clubs and is said to be around 60 million euros. Ben Chilwell is the top left back target for Chelsea and the Foxes wont let him go cheap as previously their player H. Maguire to Manchester United was for 80 million and the Foxes will like the price tag to be around that figure.

Declan Rice from West Ham has been under Chelsea’s radar and also other Premier league teams but the blues are touted to be the favored suitor for the Midfielder, he was named as the best player of the year by Hammers. The blues are also looking for a new keeper and do not trust Kepa Arrizabalaga to be their first choice and have turned their attention to Oblak from Atheltico Madrid but the asking price is around 100 million euros the other alternative is the Ajax Keeper Andre Onana who could be picked for 30 million and would be a bargain if they manage to offload Kepa.

The three priority targets for Chelsea could possibly cost them around 300 million euros but the Chelsea manager has voiced his concerns with squads and has asked for reinforcements if they are looking to aim for major honors next season.
