Brighton winger Solly March signs new contract to keep him until 2024

The former English winger officially signs his new contract with Brighton & Hove Albion which retains him till 2024.

On Monday morning, Brighton & Hove Albion have confirmed that midfielder Solly March has officially signed a new contract with the club, as the club was very happy with the announcement. The 27- year old now will remain at the Amex Stadium until 2024, providing surreal services for the club as he looks to be one of the most talented players in the Premier League. He has provided a lot of creativity as he is filled with agility and set-piece speciality. He made his entry into the football world back in 2011, with non-league Lewis as he completed over 200 appearances since making his debut against Derby County in 2013. Brighton’s manager and head coach Graham Potter has expressed his delight at the player committing his feature to the Seagulls as he looks forward to providing a lot of attack and pace to the front attackers in the likes of Neal Maupay.

Brighton & Hove Albion have officially confirmed their statement in a tweet “Albion are delighted to announce that Solly March has signed a new contract that runs until June 2024”

Speaking to the club’s website, Graham Potter said “I am really pleased to see Solly commit his future here, he is a pleasure to work with and its great to see him continue to progress”. He further added, “As a local lad he is a great role model and an excellent example for any young player with his commitment and hard work”. He continued by saying ” He’s a player who makes a significant impact for us at both ends of the pitch and we are delighted he’s committed his long term future to the club”.

The strong wing-back made his 100th appearance in March for his club last season as he went on to score against Manchester United and Aston Villa. He also completes 10 years at this very club this upcoming season. Solly March has been at Brighton since joining from Lewes in 2011.
