Following defeat to Argentina in the recent World Cup qualifiers game by 4-1, Brazillian federation want a change in the managerial sextion and the ideal replacement for them is said to be none other than Real Madrid’s coach Carlo Ancelotti. Ancelotti was rumoured to become new Brazilian manager last to last season as well but he denied it.
The Brazil Football Federation (CBF) has reportedly begun the search for a new head coach following their crushing 4-1 defeat to Argentina in the recent World Cup qualifiers. The heavy loss has convinced the federation that a managerial change is necessary as they prepare for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Among the top candidates for the role, Real Madrid’s Carlo Ancelotti has once again emerged as the preferred choice. The Italian tactician was previously linked with the Brazil job last season, but he opted to continue his tenure at the Spanish club. However, with just one year left before the next World Cup, the CBF is expected to make another approach after the conclusion of the ongoing club season.
Ancelotti’s vast experience, tactical versatility, and success at the highest level make him a dream candidate for Brazil. However, convincing him to leave Real Madrid will not be an easy task. With time running out, the CBF must act swiftly to secure the right leader for their squad.
