Barcelona thrash Royal Antwerp in their first game of UCL

Start to the new season of UCL couldn’t be better for Barcelona as they thrashed Royal Antwerp. Joao Felix’s brace help them get the scoreline 5-0.

Barcelona fans have every reason to celebrate as their team have started brightly in the new UEFA Champions League season with a huge 5-0 victory over Royal Antwerp. The match, held at the Camp Nou, was a display of breathtaking football, and it was Joao Felix who stole the spotlight with a remarkable brace.

From the opening whistle, Barcelona showed their dominance, controlling the possession and creating numerous goal-scoring opportunities. It didn’t take long for their efforts, as Robert Lewandowski found the back of the net in the 19th minute with a clinical finish.


However, the star of the evening was undoubtedly Joao Felix. The Portuguese sensation showcased his incredible skill and football intelligence, netting two goals in 11th and 66th minute. The team expertly gone past Antwerp’s defence in every chance they created in this game. Barcelona were scoring and leaving Antwerp’s goalkeeper with no chance to save.
