FC Barcelona are moving very fast and ahead of the teams to get their hands on the La Liga trophy (2022/23 Season). FC Barcelona defeated Valencia FC on Sunday, 5th March at Spotify Camp Nou ( FC Barcelona’s home ground). Barcelona are on a bright run of form since the Qatar World Cup 2022.
It was another good game for Xavi’s side but was a difficult one though. Barcelona scored a single goal in the game and it was not convincing as they were in danger of losing their lead at any point of time.
Barcelona’s first and the last goal of the game came in the 15th minute which was scored by Raphinha. They were also awarded a penalty which was missed by Ferran Torres in the 55th minute. Defender Araujo was shown a red card and most of the second half, FC Barcelona played with 10-men.
Despite playing with one man down, Xavi’s men were able to get the three points and maintain the huge points gap between them and second-place Real Madrid.
