The manager of Barcelona has his first La Liga trophy since he has come to this role in the club. FC Barcelona are now the champions of the La Liga 2022/23 season after they won their game in the league against Espanyol.
Barcelona defeated Espanyol by 4-2. It was another thrilling game which saw 6 goals in it. Barcelona played really well this season and thus deserved to be in the position they are in the league right now. Not only in the La Liga, but their performance was amazing in all the leagues they played this year.
Xavi has his first La Liga trophy as manager but as a player he has many. Barcelona are at the top of the table with 85 points, leaving behind defending champions Real Madrid who are on 71 right now.
