Football witnessed a big blow on a shocking accusation on Manchester United player Mason Greenwood. Mason has been blamed for sexually harassing a woman who claims to be get beaten and aggressively harassed on sexual terms. The woman’s name is Harriet Robson who is supposedly Greenwood’s ex-partner.
The allegations made by Harriet were shared through her social media account before getting deleted and included photos of her which portrayed physical abuse marks, a video of her bleeding and blaming Mason Greenwood’s actions of him sexually harassing the woman. Harriet also shared an audio clip for the same allegation.
According to AFP, Manchester United officials stated that the management is aware of the pictures and video all over the social media of Harriet accusing Greenwood and shall not comment anything on it. The officials added that Greenwood will not be returning to practice or play for the club until any further notice. Manchester United also stated that the team will not be tolerating violence of any kind.
The English Premier League officials stated the same message of Mason not returning to football anytime soon.
Senior Manchester Police unit is on this investigation of Mason’s accusation by the woman since the decision has not been made.
It will be a hard blow on the young footballer as social media users and some football fans continue to abuse and accuse Mason Greenwood. Nothing has been heard or said from Mason Greenwood as of now and Harriet too deleted the accused files of photos, videos and audio recordings from her social media account.
