Indian cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar is positioned at 12th in the list of ‘Most Admired Man’ according to the survey studied by YouGov which is an internet-based market research and data analytics firm, reports PTI. The list was made after surveying 42,000 people in 38 countries and territories. If we count only athletes, Tendulkar makes 3rd in the sporting list following football stars Lionel Messi of Argentina and Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo.
In the list of ‘Most Admired Man’, Tendulkar is followed by former president of United States of America Donald Trump, Indian Cinema legends Shahrukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan and former Indian Cricket Team captain Virat Kohli. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been ranked at 8th position. Barack Obama tops the list followed by Bill Gates, Xi Jinping, Cristiano Ronaldo, Jackie Chan, Elon Musk, Lionel Messi. Vladimir Putin ranked number 9 followed by Jack Ma that makes the top 10 list.

In the list of ‘Most Admired Women’, Michelle Obama tops the list followed by Hollywood icon Angelina Jolie. The list includes Queen Elizabeth II, Oprah Winfrey, Scarlett Johansson, Emma Watson, Pop star Taylor Swift, Angela Merkel, Malala Yousafzai and Indian Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan also makes the list at number 13th.
