Nets defeat the defending champions Bucks as KD and Harden make their debuts in NBA pre-season

Nets defeat the reigning champions by 119-115 with KD and Harden both in the starting lineup.

The Nets defeated the defending champions in pre-season by 119-115. Nets two superstars finally showed up and debuted their NBA 2021 season with James Harden scoring 8 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists and Kevin Durant with 18 points to along with 6 rebounds and 3 assists, their newly added piece Australian star Patty Mills also played his first game for the Nets ending up with 10 points.

For the bucks their big three is still missing, Giannis, Middleton, and Jrue Holiday have been resting ever since the successful 2020 NBA season ending with winning the championship and Middleton and Holiday joining the USA team for their first gold medal a few days after the NBA title, but their slack was picked by the teammates as Jordan Nworacaught fire and scored team-high 30 points and 8 boards on 11/21 shooting from the field and 6/10 from behind the arc. Giannis’s brother Thananis Antetokounmpo cored 12 points and picked up 6 boards

This will be one of the marquee matchups in the upcoming regular season as not only this the season opener game but also rivalry between these two franchises has started, both teams are talented but due to injuries to Nets superstars Harden and Kyrie, they lost to the Bucks in Eastern Conference semi-finals in 7 games and then went on to win NBA finals, it is also personal as after a decade of dominance by Lebron James as the best player in the world the throne was finally up for grab for KD but Giannis’s 2020 playoffs run changed many minds and to believe that now Giannis has taken over the league as the best player in the world, it is still remained to see which team at its best is the Beast of the east.
