The Suns’ hadn’t lost since October 27 and it was their 2nd consecutive game without their star player Devin Booker who was forced to be out following a hamstring injury against the Golden State Warriors in their previous meet. This victory of the Warriors’ was their 11th consecutive home win. Deandre Ayton tied with the Warriors’ star Curry’s 23 points for the Suns and still couldn’t help his side.
Meanwhile, on the other side, the Lakers for whom the season has not been going so well lose to the Los Angeles Clippers in their first clash of the season where Marcus Morris Sr. made 21 points which were season-high for him. The triumph against the Lakers ended the clippers’ three-game losing streak. King James was forced to be out in the Lakers’ previous match due to a positive COVID-19 test.
