Giannis & the Bucks beat No.1 seed Miami Heat in Milwaukee

Giannis had only 15 points against Miami in the last 2 matchups but dominated this time around.

Giannis Antetokounmpo seems to have overcome his Kryptonite in the Miami Heat as he dominated in the game putting up 28 points, 17 rebounds, and 5 assists. The Bucks beat the Heat in a very close game 120-119. The Heat had a 14 point lead up until the 6th-minute mark. But in the end, Milwaukee showed why they were the reigning defending champions and came back to take the win.

The Bucks were led to victory by their big 3 in Giannis, Khris Middleton who hit a huge three of a steal, in the end, to bring the bucks within 1 point, and Jrue Holiday who hit the last shot with just under 2 seconds left in the game. They also had help from Bobby ‘ Crazy Eyes’ Portis who has been huge for the Bucks this season.

The 4 players were the only ones who had double-digit scoring for the team. Giannis had 28 points, Middleton had 26 points, Jrue had 25 points, 11 assists, and 6 rebounds and Bobby had 15 points and 7 rebounds. The Heat was led by Tyler Herro who had 30 points off the bench and Bam Adebayo who had 18 points and 12 rebounds. Other Heat players in double digits were Caleb Martin (12 points), Gabe Vincent (21 points), and Duncan Robinson (15 points).

With the win, both teams remain in the same seed they were in. The Bucks are in 4th place and are 3 games behind the 1 seed Heat. The top seed in the East is up for grabs and the competition for the top spot will go on till the end of the regular season. In these last few games before the playoffs, teams must rack up as many wins as they can to get a home-court advantage in the Playoffs.
