Giannis Antetokounmpo goes for 35 points in a statement win against KD’s Nets

Giannis with an exceptional night and goes for 32 points against their rival Nets, KD ends up with 32 as well but lost by 104-127

After all the celebration, 1st half was very electrifying, even though it was just a regular-season game the energy in the arena was at championship level, Milwaukee showed why they won the championship, Giannis was very comfortable shooting jumpers and with a sensational block in the 1st half on Claxton, the Bucks defense was smothering the Nets, Patty Mills debut couldn’t be any better as he kept the men in black in the game with his 5/5 shooting from behind the arc. Even though the half ended up with the Bucks leading by 66-59, at one point they were up by 19 points. Giannis dominated the first half with 18 points and 9 boards and KD didn’t seem to find his rhythm but slowly picked up at the end of the half and ended up with 11 points and Harden with 15 points as well.

As 2nd half unveils, both teams slowed down their pace and Gianni’s partner in crime Middleton picked up the Bucks slow start in the 3rd quarter and never looked back. Bucks played to their strength and took advantage of their size by hounding the board with and advantage of + 10 and going after Nets weak defense. Giannis had an MVP night with 32 points, 14 rebounds and 7 assists which was matched by KD’s 32 points and 11 boards, Harden led the team with 8 assists to go along with 20 points and their new addition Patty Mills ended with 7/7 from three point line.
