Kylian Mbappé has responded to the boos and whistles he received from sections of the Real Madrid crowd after the latest match at the Santiago Bernabéu.
The French forward faced criticism from supporters during the game following growing frustration around the team’s recent performances and ongoing tension surrounding the squad. However, Mbappé appeared calm while addressing the situation after the match.
“Boos are normal, we didn’t win titles. No one will die tonight,” Mbappé said.
The Madrid star also admitted that criticism from supporters is part of football, especially at a club with the expectations and pressure of Real Madrid.
“It’s an opinion. It’s normal, you don’t win and the fans criticize you, it happens at every club,” he added. “If you don’t win, then they boo.”
The comments come during a difficult period for Madrid both on and off the pitch. Recent weeks have seen reports of dressing room disagreements, public exchanges involving coach Alvaro Arbeloa, and growing media attention around Mbappé’s role inside the team.
