As the fourth T20I between India and the West Indies was about to start, the West Indies team was seen bowing down on their knees to honour the “Black Lives Matter” cause, which has been a prominent movement in the athletic world for months.

Suryakumar Yadav and Rohit Sharma, both Indian openers, stood for the same cause and kept their hands on their hearts.

The ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement has been a wave of protests for the principle of respecting and treating all people equally and not discriminating against anyone based on their skin colour.
