India cricket team are set for a packed ODI calendar over the next 10 months, with a total of 20 matches scheduled against six different opponents.The home schedule begins with a limited-overs series against the West Indies cricket team in September 2026.
One of the biggest highlights is India hosting the Zimbabwe national cricket team for an ODI series their first tour of India in 25 years. The last time Zimbabwe played an ODI series in India was in 2002, when India won a five-match series 3-2. The upcoming three-match series, scheduled for January 2027, will be played in Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, bringing back memories at iconic venues like Eden Gardens and Wankhede Stadium and giving a great chance for the Zimbabwe cricket team also to play in front of a huge crowd.
India will also play 20 matches, making it an exciting phase for Indian cricket.

Kohli was last seen in action in the ODI series against New Zealand cricket team in January 2026, where he emerged as India’s highest run-scorer and the second-highest overall, amassing 240 runs in three matches. Rohit was also featured in that series but hasn’t made an impact and made just 61 runs in 3 innings. Finally, “RoKo” will be back in action together in June.
