According to property registration documents accessed via Zapkey.com, the 26-year-old cricketer has acquired an entire floor in a premium residential project located on Juhu Tara Road. The apartment is situated on the 12th floor of the under-construction building named Pooja Luminaire.
The property boasts a RERA carpet area of 3,369 sq ft, making it a spacious and ultra-luxurious residence in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
Deal Details and Registration Cost
The deal was officially registered on March 26, 2026. Gill paid a stamp duty of ₹1.24 crore along with a registration fee of ₹30,000 to complete the transaction. The property was purchased from Pooja Leisure and Lifestyle, a firm associated with notable Bollywood personalities.
The firm’s designated partners include Jacky Bhagnani, along with film producer Vashu Bhagnani and Pooja Bhagnani.
About the Pooja Luminaire Project
Pooja Luminaire is an upcoming luxury residential tower currently under construction. As per the Maharashtra RERA portal, the project is expected to be completed by August 2029.
