Warner assures SRH fans that they’ll not lose the Kiwi skipper in the auction .

The Sunrisers Hyderabad team had a massive impact during the  IPL as they were always considered as ‘The Underdogs’ for past few editions. This team had some of the hardest hitters of the ball on International level in the shortest format of the game which included likes of Johnny Bairstow, David Warner and Jason Holder. The Kiwi skipper who was captain of the side for 2018 edition led the team into final where they eventually lost to the CSK side.

Kane Williamson is always known as a technical batsmen who could place the ball perfectly in any direction. He is always counted as one the greats in the 50 over format and in the longest format of the  game. No one imagined that this technically correct batsman could have impacted the shortest format of the game so well.

After losing out one of their best bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Aussie all rounder Mitch Marsh and eventually losing their wicket keeper batsman Wriddhiman Saha to injuries no one would have thought that this SRH side could have made it to play-offs of this highly competitive tournament. But with Kane as their middle order batsman, this SRH side was the team to beat. He rescued SRH from tricky situations many times over this season. Even in Qualifier 2 where the side eventually lost to DC, Kane made sure that they do not go down without proper fight.

David Warner who was in quarantine in Australia after returning from UAE, assured that they won’t lose Kane in the auction if it happens as their are rumours of mega auction taking place before the next edition of IPL . A fan asked him this question on his social media account where he cleared this doubt.
