With IPL 2020 closing in the previous IPL does prove to be a one worth look back for all the good and bad reason, with the Mumbai Indians Clinching their 4th title the Umpires and the officials were a centre figure of descent throughout the season.

The Malinga NO Ball Against RCB

It all shaped up in a match against RCB and Mumbai Indians where the Royal Challengers need a 7 out of a single ball of the Innings with Shivam Dube on strike and A.B. De Villers on the non striker’s end, Shivam Dube timed the last ball well but could only manage a single thus resulting RCB losing by 6 runs, But the image of Malinga’s foot over the lined clearly showed that the ball was a No ball with the strikes changed it would have been De Villers on strike and 6 Runs needed perhaps RCB could have won the game but the match officials and Umpire did not take a note of it thus creating drama after the game, Both the team captains Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli expressed their disappointments.

Pollard back at it Again

Kieron Pollard has been quiet verbal and proactive to show his disapproval with previous feisty affair with Mitchel Starc of RCB but this time it was in the Finals against in national team mate Dwayne Bravo. In the incident took place when Bravo bowled an wayward delivery beyond the wide line indicator and still was not given a wide perhaps a fault on the Umpire at the strikers end, In response Pollard threw his bat in disappointment and made the case verbally to Umpires. The player was fined 25% of match fee because of the dissent he expressed against the match officials.
