“I feel in the last three-four years I have batted at all positions. Directly from opening till number seven and number eight. I’m adaptable to bat at any position,” said Suryakumar in a virtual public interview.

“At whatever point somebody asks me I say something very similar, I have said something very similar to the group the executives also that I am extremely adaptable to bat at any number any place they need me to bat. So I am glad that I got the chance to bat higher up the request,” he further said.

Jonny Bairstow and Ben Stokes had sewed a 65-run association before Shardul Thakur and Bhuvneshwar Kumar set India back into the game. Shardul excused Stokes and captain Eoin Morgan to give India an advantage in the game.

“Jonny and Ben Stokes were batting truly well around then and it got hard for our bowlers to hold the ball. It was hard to field as it was weighty dew outside on the field. In any case, what I feel the way batsmen assumed the liability of making that energy on the field, internal circle, remaining outside, I feel that was the extraordinary sight,” said Suryakumar.

“Bhuvneshwar, Shardul putting their hands up, assuming that liability in the predicaments. We as a whole realized how significant this game was for us going into the decider. So we concluded that our energy in the field ought to be extremely high, force insightful and everything,” he added.
