South Africa includes Sisanda Magala for the upcoming ODI series against England

In South Africa’s 16-man lineup for their upcoming home three-match ODI series against England, Sisanda Magala has been selected. Magala had to miss recent domestic matches for his province in the CSA T20 Challenge after being dropped from the national squad last year for failing to meet fitness requirements.

Since then, Magala has improved his physical condition and picked up wickets in the CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge in late 2017. He has also made an impression while representing Eastern Cape in the current SA20.

“We are also pleased with the inclusion of Sisanda and the commitment he has shown to meet the fitness standards required for national selection,” Convener of Selectors Victor Mpitsang said.
