BCCI announced the squad for the West Indies tour of India beginning on 22nd July 2022. The team will play under Shikhar Dhawan who is a constant feature of the Indian ODI squad. India will play three ODIs at Port of Spain and will miss the services of Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Jasprit Bumrah. Ravindra Jadeja will be deputy of Shikhar Dhawan who too is featured as a potential leader of the team. The trio has been rested following the England series.
