Shaheen Afridi recalls the win against India as the most memorable match in 2021

Shaheen revealed his performance against India in T20 World Cup was most memorable.

After winning the ICC Men’s Cricketer of the Year trophy, Shaheen Shah Afridi revealed his memorable match in 2021 during the acceptance speech.

Pakistani pacer was delighted with the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy for the Player of the Year and during his acceptance speech, Afridi revealed that he will keep performing for team Pakistan as his sole purpose is to help the nation win all the games and promises to contribute even in 2022.

Shaheen revealed that his favorite and the most memorable match for the year 2021 was against team India in UAE. The T20 World Cup game against India helped Shaheen perform a sensational spell. Shaheen took three crucial wickets as it comforted Pakistan batsmen to chase the easy target easily. Shaheen took the wickets of KL Rahul, Rohit Sharma, and also veteran batsman Virat Kohli. The top order of the Indian team was shattered by the Pakistani pacer.

Pakistani pacer Shaheen will soon be captaining the Lahore Qalandars franchise in the Pakistan Super League. Shaheen revealed the nigh after getting lost by Australia team. Mathew Wade hit Shaheen for three sixes which made Shaheen cry after the game as team Pakistan lost the T20 World Cup Semi- finals in 2021.
