Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar took social media to applaud Indian skipper Virat Kohli for sharing his experience with depression. Sachin Tendulkar had a chat with Kohli in 2014, when he was so depressed as he averages just 13.4 in the Test series against England in their home. Kohli revealed that those days were the worst days of his life, he felt alone because of his disastrous performance but Sachin helped him to get out of that situation.

Sachin shared on his personal account “[email protected], proud of your success & decision to share such personal experiences. These days youngsters are constantly judged on social media. Thousands speak about them but not to them. We need to be able to listen to them and help them flourish.”
