The Indian cricketer and Delhi Capitals’ captain Rishabh Pant is all set to return to the Indian cricket team ahead of the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. The explosive batters was injured for nearly two years after he went through a bad car accident.
The accident changed his life and put him in a lot of pain. However, the Indian player didn’t give up and has now back on the field with the same energy and same passion for cricket. Delhi Capitals announced that Rishabh Pant will be leading the side in IPL 2024 a few months ahead of the tournament started.
Fans had the moment to rejoice as they were too excited to see their captain back on the field. Rishabh Pant has recovered amazingly well and looks fitter than before. He has also faced few balls while playing for Delhi Capitals. His spectacular half-century against Mumbai Indians was a view to watch for the fans who are expecting him to be back in the Indian cricket team soon.
Now, as per reports, Rishabh is all set to be included in the squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup which has been scheduled for this year (2024). BCCI will also be putting Rishabh Pant in the squad for few upcoming series to have an eye on his development closely.
