Dravid has been active in training and coaching under-19 and India ‘A’ players for almost six years. Today, India has built a team with massive bench strength.
Dravid, along with Paras Mhambrey, a former Indian pacer, has brought a new and more reliable approach in grooming of youngsters. Use of the latest technology to monitor players and finding their weaknesses and helping them to improve and learn.

It began when in the year 2016. Sanju Samson replaced a 33-year-old Naman Ojha on the flight to Australia. The motive was to groom young talent. India’s tour of Australia was a reflection of all the effort and planning of BCCI and NCA.
