The Pakistani Cricket Board had asked every Pakistani player participating in BBL (Big Bash League) conducted in Australia to come back home immediately so that the players get enough time to practice for the seventh edition of PSL (Pakistani Super League).
Muhammad Hasnain, Fakhar Zaman, Haris Rauf, and Shadab Khan are among such Pakistani players that PCB had asked to return home immediately to get themselves prepared for the upcoming PSL.
PCB had also stated that PSL is going to be held according to the original schedule in two phases at Lahore and Karachi. The match schedule regarding PSL has already been released by the PCB will start at the National Stadium in Karachi before the event gets shifted to Lahore.
Despite the country experiencing the rise in the number of COVID-19 positive cases, PCB is all set to make the league successful as they have signed enhanced new broadcasts and title sponsorship deals.
Regarding the PSL preparations, the PCB wrote to the franchises who hired Pakistani players that they are all urgently required to come back home for the league.
Pakistan Super League’s first match is starting on January 27, Thursday at 7:30 pm between Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans.
