Jasprit Bumrah has praised Rishabh Pant during the second and final Test match against Sri Lanka in Bengaluru. The vice-captain likes the approach of Rishabh Pant in Test cricket and says the team will help him go forward.

Jasprit Bumrah on Sunday applauds Rishabh Pant and said that the wicket-keeper batter is learning a lot. Vice-captain of the Indian cricket team, Bumrah thinks that Pant is gaining a lot of experience while playing for India in all the formats and he also feels that the Delhi Capitals’ captain is in his purple patch and playing very good cricket. On Sunday, after Jasprit Bumrah picks a fifer against Sri Lanka in the second and final Test which is being played in Bengaluru at Chinnaswamy stadium, he faced some questions on Star Sports Network where he covered some topics and spoke about Pant and his batting approach.

“You can’t teach everyone to play in the same manner. Pant has backed his strengths and that is the tempo he plays at. He is learning a lot and getting more experience,” said Bumrah on Sunday during the innings break on Star Sports Network as TOI reports.

Rishabh Pant scored another half-century in the second Test against Sri Lanka Talking about the game against Sri Lanka, the visitors are very far from winning this game as they require 419 runs to win and they are already one down for 28 at the end of day 2. Looking at the pitch and India’s bowling performance in their first innings, it seems very difficult for the visitors to get a win in this match.
