Pakistan vs South Africa: In the first Test match of Pakistan vs South Africa. The Proteas won the toss and elected to bat. On day 4 of the Test match. The hosts needed just 86 runs and they chased down the target comfortably. Pakistan chased down the target in 22.1 overs and lost three wickets (86/3). Pakistan won the first Test match by 7 wickets and lead the two-match Test series by 1-0.

SA was bowled out for just 220/10 in 69.2 overs. Dean Elgar’s contributed 58.
Yasir Shah scalped three wickets for the hosts while Nauman Ali and Shaheen Afridi pocketed two wickets each.

Pakistan played brilliantly to score 378/10 in 119.2 overs. Credit to Fawad Alam’s scored a ton while Faheem Ashraf’s 64 helped the hosts to take a substantial lead.
Keshav Maharaj and Kagiso Rabada scalped three wickets each.

The proteas failed in the second innings as well. Only scoring 245/10 in 100.3 overs.
Aiden Akram’s 74 coupled with Rassie van der Dussen’s 64 helped to reach SA to reach 245.
Nauman Ali got a fifer while Yasir Shah pocketed four wickets.
