PAK v ENG: Mark Wood’s spectacular bowling helps England seal the series

England have won the three-game Test series against Pakistan by winning the second game by 26 runs.

England cricket team has overtaken Pakistan in the World Test Championship points table by beating them in the second Test match by 26 runs. The 2nd game was as thrilling as it looked. The game was at a very crucial stage on day 4 and Pakistan had a chance to level the series by 1-1 but Mark Wood had different plans.

English pacer Mark Wood took three wickets on day 4 and made England victorious not only in the game but also in the series. The three-game series is now sealed by England as they lead by 2-0. The host was beaten on their home soil and it was a disappointing loss for the Pakistanis.

They ended Day 3’s gameplay on a good note but got shaky the next day. England’s batter Harry Brook was named ‘player of the match for his wonderful knock of 108 in the second innings. Ben Stokes and company are not only dominating T20 cricket but also Test cricket.

The third Test match between Pakistan and England will be starting on 17th December and will be played at National Stadium Karachi.
