Afghanistan on Wednesday was playing their second ICC ODI World Cup match against India at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. The Afghan cricket players were seen wearing black armbands during the match. This was to pay tribute to the people of Afghanistan who lost their lives during the earthquake on Saturday.

Nearly 2000 Afghanistan citizens lost their lives during the earthquake according to the reports.
