NZ vs PAK: Williamson brings up yet another ton this season

Kiwi skipper Kane Williamson has been in rock solid form this season as he scored yet another ton in the longest format of the game.

This is Williamson’s 24th ton in tests and second in the series. He got to this mark in 140 deliveries with 16 boundaries to his name.

He became the No. 1 test batsman in the previous test by jumping 2 slots up. He continues to show his class as Pakistani bowlers didn’t show any intent to get Williamson’s wicket.

He played a different innings than usual as he took his time to settle at first. The first 50 runs were scored off 105 deliveries. The next 50 was scored in just 35 deliveries which is not seen from Williamson in tests.

The Kiwi skipper scored his 24th ton in tests and became the only New Zealand batsman to have a 50+ average in tests for a minimum of 1000+ test runs.
