Jasprit Bumrah shows his disappointment on missing the ICC T20 World Cup

The gutted Indian seamer took it to his social media showing his disappointment on missing out the main ICC event

Jasprit Bumrah who recently got ruled out of the ICC T20 World Cup 2022, showed his disappointment to the fans via his social media.

The star Indian seamer has a concerning back issue which made him sit back and watch the entire tournament.

“I am gutted that I won’t be a part of the T20 World Cup this time, but thankful for the wishes, care and support I’ve received from my loved ones. As I recover, I’ll be cheering on the team through their campaign in Australia.” Bumrah Tweeted.

BCCI are yet to decide on the replacement for the ace bowler. However, seamers like Mohammad Shami and Deepak Chahar are already listed on the standby list.

Australian veteran Shane Watson recently mentioned Mohammad Siraj as the best possible replacement for Bumrah in Australia during an ICC review interview. He mentioned Siraj provides the firepower which will fill the void of Bumrah.

“The player I would put in if Jasprit’s not available is Mohammad Siraj, because of the firepower he presents,” Watson told on The ICC Review.

India will commence their T20 World Cup on October 23 facing their fav rivals Pakistan at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
