The much-awaited final of the women’s T20 championship is being played between Harmanpreet Kaur led Supernovas and Smriti Mandhana led Trailblazers. The toss was won by Supernovas and they chose to bowl first against Trailblazers. A perfect start for the Trailblazers as they didn’t lose early wicket sand the captain led from the front. On such a level this is what is expected of a captain and a senior player. Mandhana scored 68 runs off just 49 balls.

The bowlers played an important role for the Supernovas as she took wickets in the latter half which was important for the team to be back in the game. Trailblazers lost quick wickets in the near end of the innings which restricted them from scoring a big total. Radha Yadav took a five-wicket haul in her spell and only gave 16 runs which helped the team a big deal. Supernovas will now chase 118 runs to win the championship.
