
Delhi Capitals takes on Twitter by posting an appreciation post for the Indian pacer, Avesh Khan who has exited the franchise as he has been bought by Lucknow Super Giants for Rs 10 crores at the IPL Auction 2022.

They also posted an image of Avesh and Rishabh Pant, where Avesh says via Sportskeeda, “I would miss them[Ricky Ponting and Co. a lot because I had an emotional connect with the Delhi Capitals. After our flight landed in Kolkata, I met Rishabh outside and he held his arms wide open for giving me a hug. He told me sorry,’ sorry le nahin paye’. So it was a very emotional moment with Rishabh; we have played U-19 together, we always sit together after matches, hang out together”.

On February 12, The 25-year-old became the most expensive uncapped Indian player in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
The right-arm fast bowler is also a part of the Indian squad for upcoming India vs West Indies three-match T20 series, starting tomorrow.
The first match of the series will be played tomorrow, following the second match on February 18 and they will end the series with their last match on February 20. All the matches will be played at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
