“The man is the real successor of MS Dhoni” netizens hails Sanju Samson as RR qualifies for the IPL Final

On Friday, Sanju Samson led Rajasthan Royals to the IPL Final for the second time in its history. The franchise reached the Finals last in 2008 when they defeated CSK to lift the IPL trophy.


Rajasthan Royals will face debutant Gujarat Titans in the IPL Mega Final on 29th May. The Royals have had an amazing out this season. The side looked well-managed, and the player combination on the field was spot-on. Rajasthan’s captain Sanju Samson played some crucial knocks and worked calmly in the pressure situation. He made sure that the youngsters didn’t panic and kept their cool. The most impressive specialty of Samson was that even if the team was losing the game, he never showed frustration on his face. He played with a calm and peaceful mind and ensured that the end result favored his side. In IPL 2022, Samson has scored 444 runs in 16 matches with a fantastic strike rate of 147.51. However, his average has been 29.60, showing his lack of consistency. Nevertheless, Samson compensated for his low average with his captaincy and wicket-keeping skills.

Further, Samson became the second Rajasthan Royals captain to abide the franchise to the IPL Final.
