Twitter is trending as fans slam Sunrisers Hyderabad’s captain Kane Williamson as he drops Abdul Samad after just two games.
SunRisers Hyderabad have elected to keep three players, Kane Williamson, Abdul Samad, and Umran Malik, ahead of the crucial IPL mega auction.
Many fans were underwhelmed by Abhishek Sharma and Abdul Samad’s performances in the IPL 2022 so far, especially following SunRisers Hyderabad’s loss to Lucknow Super Giants.
While Umran Malik’s raw speed and ability to reach speeds of up to 150 kilometres per hour make him a formidable weapon, Samad and Abhishek Sharma have been disappointing to say the least.
Theekshana is a good choice but for Pretorius? Had to be Jordan, more so in a day game! đź‘€
Also funny that the retained SRH player Samad is now out after two games. Explains their retention thought process.

Dropping a guy you retained without giving him enough game time…….

SRH have decided to drop Samad after just 2 games,if they retained him,at least should have given him enough chances.
This is what happens when you give captaincy to a non superstar overseas T20 batter and you have to work around that handicap while trying to make your XI.
