Andre Russel while bowling last over against Gujarat Titans, reduced the Hardik Pandya led the side to 156 – 9 while leaking only 4 runs and claiming 4 wickets.

Andre Russel was at his best when he was thrown the ball to bowl the last over against Gujarat Titans which were looking to put a huge score on the board. Russel, however, threw surprise with his accuracy and tight line that offered him nearly four wickets of Gujarat Titans. Russel leaked only 5 runs in the over and the fans couldn’t hold their excitement to welcome the new death-over specialist. Hardik Pandya top-scored for the team with valuable 67 runs coming off just 49 deliveries. Hardik’s inning powered Gujarat Titans to a decent total but short of 30 runs to defend it comfortably.

the middle order of Gujarat Titans couldn’t click runs enough at the scoreboard and Andre Russel’s superb bowling reduced Gujarat Titans to an unexpected total against Kolkata Knight Riders. The fans hailed Russel’s fabulous display of bowling that came as a surprise by Shreyas Iyer’s captaincy.
