TATA IPL 2022: LSG Playing XI, Krunal Pandya to make a comeback while Krishnappa likely to get dropped

Check out the probable playing XI for team Lucknow Super Giants.

As LSG gets closer to the IPL throne in their debut year the strategy keeps changing and now at the time of playoff games LSG will be considering some changes.

LSG will be playing against Royal Challengers Bangalore tonight at the iconic Eden Gardens for the eliminator match.

KL Rahul led team have smoothly passed the league stages to be in the Top-4 clash and the team has to take some bolder decisions.

Krunal Pandya who is probably the Vice-Captain of LSG is fit after some niggle, due to which he was made unavailable in the last game. While Krunal Pandya is fit to return Krishnappa Gowtham’s poor spell might keep him benched tonight or is it Manan Vohra?

Well, Manan Vohra had nothing to contribute in the last game except fielding throughout the innings and on the other side, Krishnappa’s two-over spell was some risky decision taken by KL as he conceded 23 runs.

Krunal Pandya needs to replace someone and the tentative choices out there are certainly these two players and we believe Manan Vohra will be given another chance since a stronger batting unit might perform statistically well for the team at the Eden Gardens.

Predicting the playing XI, here are the players –

1. Quinton de Kock
2. KL Rahul (c)
3. Deepak Hooda
4. Evin Lewis
5. Krunal Pandya
6. Manan Vohra
7. Marcus Stoinis
8. Jason Holder
9. Mohsin Khan
10. Avesh Khan
11. Ravi Bishnoi
