TATA IPL 2022 KKR v MI: “My mind says KKR, but my heart says MI,” tweets Harbhajan Singh

In an IPL match on Wednesday, Kolkata Knight Riders won the toss and chose to bowl against Mumbai Indians.

Harbhajan Singh, a former Indian cricketer, has tweeted about today’s IPL match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians on his official page. “Two champion teams colliding tonight. My mind says KKR, but my heart says MI. What do y’all think? Who will come at the top?” he pondered on Twitter.

Harbhajan has played 163 IPL matches, collecting 150 wickets at an average of 26. He has previously played for high-profile teams including as Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings. Harbhajan played in 103 Tests, 236 ODIs, and 28 T20Is for India, and was also a member of the 2011 World Cup-winning group.

With 417 Test wickets, he is India’s fourth-highest wicket-taker, trailing only Anil Kumble, Kapil Dev, and Ravichandran Ashwin.

As Shreyas Iyer won the toss and opted to bowl first, Pat Cummins returns for Kolkata Knight Riders, while Suryakumar Yadav returns to the Mumbai Indians batting lineup. MI has also given Dewald Brewis his first cap, while KKR has given Rasikh Salam, a talented Jammu and Kashmir fast bowler, his first cap.
