The most thriller game between Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Capitals became the most controversial as the last over of the game was too long. Rishabh Pant and Delhi Capitals’ dugout were in anger after umpire didn’t give a ‘no-ball’ in the last over. Rishabh Pant and the team felt it was a clear wrong decision by the umpire Nitin Menon and thus on of the coaches of Delhi Capitals went straight to the field.
Crowd in the ground went crazy as they were chanting “cheater, cheater” during the last over when umpire decline a ‘no-ball’ and didn’t reverse his decision. The crowd during the game felt that it was a no-ball and should have been checked and given by the umpires. Rishabh Pant was not happy as he expresses his views on this last over gaffe in post match interview on Star Sports Network. Skipper Rishabh Pant felt that ‘no-ball’ could have changed things for them in the game.
