David Warner’s undefeated 92 runs off 58 balls, including 12 boundaries and three sixes, aided Delhi Capitals post a total of 207/3 against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
David Warner also surpassed Chris Gayle’s record for most half-centuries in T20 cricket. He got to 50 off 34 balls with a four. The Delhi opener scored his 89th half-century, surpassing Chris Gayle’s tally of 88 half-centuries.
In the IPL, the 35-year-old also tops the record with 54 fifties in 158 innings.
