Jos Buttler, the English wicketkeeper-batsman, is undoubtedly one of the most explosive batsmen in the world. He has been a consistent performer for the Rajasthan Royals over the past few seasons, scoring runs at an astonishing strike rate of over 150.
Buttler’s ability to score runs quickly at the top of the order makes him a nightmare for opposition bowlers. He has a wide range of shots in his arsenal and can hit the ball to all parts of the ground. Buttler’s performances for the Rajasthan Royals have been nothing short of remarkable, and he will once again be expected to lead the team from the front with his aggressive batting.
Sanju Samson, on the other hand, is a local boy from Kerala who has become a vital man in the Rajasthan Royals’ batting lineup. He burst onto the scene with a stunning century in the opening match of the IPL in 2021 and has since gone on to establish himself as one of the most talented young batsmen in India.
Samson’s style of play is different from Buttler’s – he relies more on timing and placement rather than brute force. However, his ability to score runs quickly and his crave for big shots make him just as dangerous as Buttler.
